Sunday thoughts from a fibromyalgia mind v18.8

If you are new to reading my blog Sunday thoughts from a fibro mind are just a small update on my inner thoughts from the week usually typed out with my Sunday morning coffee and some of the images from my phone. (If I have any from that week)

Today has been a very sleepy one curled up on the couch with a blanket. In all honesty, my mind still thinks it is asleep and refusing to wake as I typed out those few words and stared blankly at the screen, it happens I guess. Fibromyalgia really does make me appear slow and confused very often.

Here in the UK we had the school holidays for a week. That was lovely even if I was unwell for most of it. We did manage a day out to a museum exhibition thanks to taxi Dad and a family BBQ in my garden. An opportunity to get a nice family photo that is now going in a frame on my wall.

The boys have been back in school for a week now so last week was a well-rested one.

This week we celebrated my sons 20th birthday with a family curry night. I am blessed as even though he is now twenty, he still always holds my hand and doesn't care who is there.

....and now I am struggling to put any more thought process into typing so I have grabbed a few photos from my phone of the last three weeks.

Mental logic and energy are not my superpowers today.

Thank you tramadol and make up.

Even on the bad days I find a reason to smile

I will find a way to make sure this week is wonderful at my level of energy.
