FAB Health by Paulette Agnew Book Review

If you are new to my blog and simply landed on this review let me give you a brief introduction. I am a mother of five sons and a VTCT qualified complementary therapist Level 3 (Aromatherapy, advanced massage therapist, and advanced reflexology) I am also a lady that can no longer practice my profession due to chronic illness so I prefer to use my expertise to write about complementary and alternative therapies for chronic illness.

"I have been given this product as part of a product review through the chronic illness bloggers network. Although the product was a gift, all opinions in this review remain my own and I was in no way influenced by the company."

Reading for me now can be a challenge with fibro fog and short-term memory loss I can often struggle to remain focused. I really enjoyed reading this book as it flows nicely and is a no-nonsense explanation of a subject I have a great interest in, frequency medicine.  As a qualified holistic therapist myself I love how it reveals the connections between mental, emotional, physical and spiritual.

Lyme disease or Lyme borreliosis is a bacterial infection spread by ticks and tiny insects. It is reaching epidemic proportion, sweeping through the USA and Europe and causing misery, chronic fatigue, financial distress and even death.

This book gives hope and answers using the proven Zwijsen Protocol, which has been released here for the first time. Learn how chronic Lyme disease can be successfully treated without antibiotics using the combination of Frequency And Bioenergetic (FAB) Medicine.

This unique approach collectively creates a powerful solution to chronic and pleomorphic diseases, especially those gaining Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) or "Superbugs" like Borrelia and its co-infections.

Science fiction style treatment plans use methods like Tesla Lights, Rife Technology, Bioresonance and more.

Sounded very intriguing, even though I do not have Lyme Disease I do have a chronic illness so I often enjoy books of this nature as you really can gain a valuable insight into fresh new approaches to health.

I had a watch of the videos on Paulette's webpage and I really did resonate with her words. I strongly recommend you watch them, they really are very interesting.

My initial concern would be being a complementary therapist this book would talk at my professional level of understanding but would be lost to others. I can honestly say this book is written in a way that anyone will understand its contents.

The book opens with the author's story of her own personal journey. When an author walks the same path you do with a debilitating illness there is an instant connection and intrigue.

Like myself, Paulette Agnew believes that many people are becoming fed up with conventional medicine and it's side effects she states, "Maintaining symptoms alone is not sufficient enough to eradicate illness."

The book talks about FAB electro-medicine (natural energy-based therapies)  as it has been proven to bring many benefits such as boosting hormones, reducing inflammation and pain, improving cellular vitality, production and repair.

Would I recommend this book to my readers?

Yes, I really would. I enjoyed I greatly and have gained some very useful knowledge from it. It is like a breathing a breath of fresh air on illness and then sprinkling it with some hope. It was easy to understand, follow and relate to.

Many people wrongly believe that we do not have cases of Lime Disease here in the UK, we do. The book gives a factual insight into the rise of this horrendous disease and if nothing else it really will make you open your mind to fact.

Throwing medication such as antibiotics at illness is simply not enough. This book gives a wonderful insight into the powers of other practices.

I loved this sentence in the book's conclusion, just so beautiful...

"Cook good food, share and eat it with others. Return to good old-fashioned values like love, respect and kindness, these are the golden threads uniting you with all others. In the end, it is the simple things that matter and make us well."

FAB Health really is, in my opinion, a fab book. (Oh come on I had to with a title like that!)
